About

Hi, I’m Aya.

My path into body therapy began with a personal journey through pain and suffering, paired with awe at the body’s incredible capacity to recover and restore balance. While studying Indology at Charles University in Prague, I became fascinated by the healing practices of indigenous tribes and began exploring them deeply.

As I continued my journey, my tools and approaches shifted and evolved, but the essence of my work stayed the same: I am here to help people reconnect with their energy and find the strength to live their lives fully—not by fixing them, not by telling them what’s right or wrong, but by supporting them in listening to their bodies and remembering the vitality that’s already within.

Throughout my life, I’ve always been drawn to polarities: between chaos and structure, the ancient and the modern, ecstasy and stillness. I find beauty in the balance of it all. I’m not attached to extremes—neither fully “spiritual” nor strictly “scientific,” neither obsessed with “healthy living” nor dismissive of simple pleasures. I believe there’s room for it all—wine and breathwork, city life and wild nature, laughter and grief. What matters to me is presence and honesty with whatever moment life offers.

For me, contradictions and extremes are part of what makes us whole. I don’t judge anyone’s path; I believe each person knows best how they want to live and how to navigate their journey.

Over the years, I’ve drawn from a variety of traditions, blending them into a personalized approach unique to each person I work with. For me, being a therapist isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being fully present, offering compassion, and creating a space where you can release tension, find inner peace, and reconnect with your own strength.
